Understand managed model access and a personal Codex connection.

check the selected model#
Use the model controls in the app to see the choices currently available to you. Model availability and setup can change, so use the live picker for the current list.
connect your own account#
The Model section in Plugins provides the supported personal Codex connection flow. Follow its sign-in instructions and return to Puffle to confirm the connection is ready.
This is your personal model account. Another member in the same workspace does not inherit it. Supported model selection and account readiness are shown in the app.
understand usage#
A personal model account and Puffle-managed model access have different usage arrangements. Connecting your own model does not mean all Puffle resources are free: workspace compute can still use the workspace’s balance.
Review Balance and usage and the current in-app notices before starting paid work.
interrupted access#
If a personal account loses authorization or reaches its limit, restore that account or explicitly choose the available managed-model path. Puffle does not silently convert a failed personal-model request into managed paid inference.
If a saved model is unavailable, select an available model in the app. Contact support if reconnecting does not resolve the issue.
